Dee Why Grand

Built on the Smarty Templating Engine, Dee Why Grand immediately captures the attention of viewers with large, vibrant images of the varying aspects to Dee Why Grand development. Each aspect has a small catch phrase that is shown when hovering over its link, such as Apartments and "why live anywhere else?". Each aspect and each aspect's pages convey their content through fading images. The Apartments aspect has a "Request Floorplans" function, where potential customers can apply for floorplans according to what they are interested in.

Similar in construction to Azzura Yachts, each page in Dee Why Grand also has an expected location for its textual and image content, making any changes to the code unnecessary when only updating content.

Each page also keeps track of which aspect it is contained within, allowing the header rollovers to have a default state - when in the Apartments aspect, the Apartments button and rollover default to on. This also allows us to target specific aspects with layout changes, such as the special offer currently in Apartments.

The ability to request floorplans instantly send emails to both Dee Why Grand and to the person requesting, however these requests are also stored in a database. A monthly summary is then sent to Dee Why Grand again, summarising all the requests that came through in that month.
